Grassroots Connection Tour
The Indiana Township Association is announcing our 2023 Grassroots Connection Tour! We will be traveling all over the state visiting 40 different cities through August to connect with YOU our township officials. This tour will offer opportunities for us to do random visits with townships along the journey, do township assistance training, host coffee/doughnuts, and happy hours.
Township Assistance Classes on the Road
The Indiana Township Association will be presenting a class that will take you through the entire process of township assistance. You will learn township assistance from start to finish - from the first contact through the application, interview, investigation, determination, and appeal - with the ITA Handbook and Standards as the class syllabus. We will also be having different guest speakers, but you can expect to have Trustee/ITA Executive Director Debbie Driskell walk you through the process.
