2026 ITA Convention Call
Wednesday, October 7, 2026 • 12:00 P.M. • Embassy Suites Noblesville
Pursuant to Article VII, Section 3 of the Indiana Township Association By-Laws, notice is hereby given that a Convention Call shall be sent to all Association members at least sixty (60) days prior to the convening of the Convention. This notice shall state the designated place, date, and time of the Convention.
This page hereby serves as the official Convention Call required under Article VII, Section 3 of the Indiana Township Association By-Laws.

The Convention will be held in conjunction with the 2026 Indiana Township Association Educational Conference & Trade Show.
Members in Good Standing
Your 2026 dues must be current to participate
To participate in the Convention — including introducing resolutions and casting votes — your township must be a Member in Good Standing, meaning your 2026 dues are current. Dues must be paid by August 15, 2026 to participate in this year’s Convention.

A township is a Member in Good Standing for 2026 when its dues are paid through 12/31/2026 (or later).

Pursuant to Article VII, Section 4 of the ITA By-Laws, members wishing to submit resolutions for consideration by the By-Laws / Resolutions Committee must furnish the proposed resolution in writing to the Association’s Secretary at least thirty (30) days prior to the convening of the Convention.
Members who are unable to meet the thirty (30) day deadline may introduce a resolution from the floor during the Convention; however, such resolutions may not propose changes to the Association’s By-Laws.
As required by Article VII, Section 6 of the ITA By-Laws, Association President Kay Walker has appointed the following Convention Committee Chairpersons:

Members are encouraged to review Article VII of the Indiana Township Association By-Laws in its entirety prior to the Convention. You may also review the flyer, which contains Article VII along with the pertinent Convention dates, times, and requirements.
The Indiana Township Association is YOUR Association. The Annual Convention is where members have the opportunity to participate in the governance of the Association, consider resolutions, and help shape the future direction of the ITA.
We strongly encourage every member to make every effort to attend the Convention, participate in the proceedings, and exercise your right to vote.
