Temporary Email Service Disruption

Hello Township Members,
The Indiana Township Association is currently experiencing an intermittent disruption with our email system that may temporarily prevent some messages from being sent or received.
This issue has occurred periodically over the past month. Our hosting provider has advised us that it is not isolated to the ITA, but rather a broader service disruption affecting multiple clients. We continue to work closely with our provider to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Regular Communications Are Not Affected
Our regular communications — important updates, upcoming events, and announcements — are still being delivered normally, as we send those through a separate email system that is not impacted by this disruption.
What This Affects
At this time, the disruption appears to affect only the following. Everything else is working normally:
Membership Dues Invoices
Invoices sent to townships for annual membership dues may not be reaching your inbox.
Website Contact Form Questions
Email notifications for questions submitted through our website contact form may not be reaching our inbox. Your submission is still saved in our system, so you may still use the form — but for a faster, more reliable response, you can call or message us directly: email ita@ita-in.org, call (317) 813-3240, or message us on Facebook.
Password Reset Emails
Automated password reset emails may be delayed or undelivered. If you need help with a password reset, you can reach out to our Technical Support, Jen Tran, directly at jtran@ita-in.org — or call our office — and we’ll help you get back into your account.
Because the issue is intermittent and does not affect every message, we are unable to determine exactly how many of these emails may not have been delivered.
