Everything Is Now Available
Both the CIP and DLGF training materials and the recording of the July 7 virtual CIP session are now posted in the Member Center, and certificates of completion are issued to paid attendees of the in-person or virtual CIP session. Details are below.
A Look Back at the Day
A Successful Day of Learning & Fellowship
Despite an ominous weather forecast, Indiana Township Trustees, Board Members, and Township Staff from across the state came together for an outstanding day of learning, collaboration, and professional development.
The Indiana Township Association extends its sincere thanks to Debbie Driskell and Delaware Township for hosting our Financial Matters Training. Attendees received important updates on Capital Improvement Plans (CIP), budgeting fundamentals and strategies, the latest information from the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF), and a comprehensive look at SEA 270 Township Mergers.
For members who couldn’t attend in person or had to leave early due to the weather, a virtual CIP review session was held on July 7 with C.L. Coonrod & Company and Dan Shackle of FBT Gibbons. That session was recorded, and the recording is now available in the Member Center along with all of the CIP and DLGF training materials.

Your CIP training certificate of completion is now available to download. Certificates are issued to paid attendees of the in-person or virtual CIP session. Click the button below, then search by the email address you used to register — or by your first and last name — to find and download your certificate.

CIP & DLGF Materials and the Session Recording Are in the Member Center
Both the CIP and DLGF training materials and the recording of the July 7 virtual CIP session are now posted in the Member Center. Here’s how to find them:
| 1 | Log in to the Member Center. |
| 2 | Go to Conference & Training Materials. |
| 3 | Open the 2026 Training Materials folder. |
| 4 | Open the 2026 CIP and 2026 DLGF subfolders. When prompted, enter the email address you used to register and pay for the CIP Training to unlock the materials and recording. |
Paid but Don’t See Your Certificate?
If you paid for the in-person or virtual CIP session but don’t see your certificate, contact ITA Technical Support, Jen Tran, to request access. Email jtran@ita-in.org and include:
• Your full name, township, and county
• Proof of payment (check number, receipt, or registration confirmation)
