During this important session, we will provide the latest updates on the two Township Reform bills that have been at the center of discussion this year: SB 270 and HB 1315. You will hear firsthand about recent amendments, committee actions, and what these developments mean for your township. Importantly, this update will include specific discussion on how points will be calculated under the scorecard system, how those determinations will be made, and the appeal process available should a Trustee dispute a point assignment.
