New Community Support Programs Section Now Available

We have added a new Community Support Programs section to the Member Center. This section features programs and resources you can use to assist residents in your township. The first program now available is the USDA Rural Development Home Repair Program.

USDA Home Repair Program Highlights

This federal program helps homeowners in eligible rural areas make essential repairs to improve the safety and livability of their homes. It can complement or reduce the need for township-funded emergency repair services.

•Loans up to $40,000 at 1% fixed interest with 20-year terms

•Limited grant funds available to homeowners 62 and over

•Covers roof repairs, unsafe wiring, accessibility modifications, mold remediation, and more
