ACTION NEEDED: Verify your township contacts by July 15, 2026!

Help Us Verify Your Township Contacts

 

Deadline: July 15, 2026

Dear ITA Members,

ITA is refreshing our contact records for every Indiana township, and we’d love your help making sure we have the right people listed for your township.

 

What We Need From You

Visit township-tools.vercel.app and click the Verify Your Township Contacts card. Pick your region, county, and township, then go through the contacts one at a time. For each person you can:

  Mark No change if the info is correct

  Edit any field that’s outdated (name, title, email, phone)

  Mark for removal if the person no longer serves in your township

  Add a new contact for anyone we’re missing

You can also confirm or update the township’s mailing/street address while you’re there.

Why It Matters

Accurate contact records help ITA send the right communications, training invitations, and legislative updates to the right people. If a contact is wrong, important messages may not reach you.

Deadline: July 15, 2026

After that, ITA will finalize the records for our internal systems. If your township has staff changes after the deadline, you can come back to the same link anytime starting August 15, 2026 and update as needed.

A Few Quick Notes

  No login or account required.

  It takes about 5–10 minutes for a typical township.

  Every change is saved as you go — you can step away and come back without losing work.

  If you can’t review every contact yourself, click “I’m done for now” at the bottom to save your progress; leave a quick note about who else should review the rest.
